Duration: 2 Days (12–16 Hours Total)
Suggested Course Fee: ₱18,000 per participant
(Includes raw agarwood material, carving tools, polishing kit, bracelet stringing set, meals, and certificate)
Agarwood has always been more than a fragrance. In many cultures, it is worn close to the skin — not just as adornment, but as a symbol of protection, dignity, and quiet spiritual strength. Each bead carries a story: the journey of a tree that endured, transformed, and became a vessel of beauty and meaning.
The Agarwood Beads & Jewelry Crafting Workshop honors this ancient tradition by guiding participants into the art and soul of bead-making. Here, every piece begins with reverence: understanding the wood, recognizing its grain, respecting its fragrance, and acknowledging the decades of natural or cultivated formation behind every shard.
Participants learn to shape not only the material, but also the intention. Through careful selection, sanding, sizing, polishing, and scent preservation techniques, the workshop reveals how raw agarwood becomes personal talismans, prayer beads, bracelets, pendants, and heirloom pieces that carry cultural value across generations.
This workshop bridges the craftsmanship of old-world artisans with modern design sensibilities. Traditional Asian, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian bead forms inspire creativity, while contemporary jewelry principles refine structure, durability, and aesthetic harmony. Makers discover how each variation — from resin-rich dark beads to lighter, more textured grains — expresses its own character and energy.
But beyond technique, this is a journey of heritage. Agarwood jewelry has connected families, guided ceremonies, marked milestones, and served as a fragrance of identity. Every crafted piece becomes a story of patience, transformation, and devotion — both of the tree and of the hands that shaped it.
The Agarwood Beads & Jewelry Crafting Workshop empowers participants to create pieces that are not merely accessories, but artifacts of culture, spirituality, and personal meaning. Each bead becomes a celebration of nature’s resilience and the artisan’s touch.
This is where craftsmanship becomes meditation.
Where wood becomes legacy.
And where every finished piece carries the whisper of agarwood’s enduring soul.
