- Each level is ladderized to build on the competencies of the previous level.
- NC I → NC II → NC III ensures a clear skill progression path for farmers and workers.
- NC III prepares trainees for supervisory, QA, and managerial roles within agarwood enterprises.
- The matrix supports TESDA’s mandate for competency-based, ladderized TVET programs.
