1. QUALIFICATION DESCRIPTION
Agarwood Farming NC III equips learners with supervisory, quality assurance, and managerial competencies. It includes supervising plantation operations, advanced post-harvest handling, quality control, compliance with legal and ethical standards, and mentoring NC I–II workers.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Successful completion of Agarwood Farming NC II
- Minimum 2 years field experience in agarwood or related tree crop management
- Knowledge of DENR, DA, and CITES regulations

9. TRAINING FACILITIES AND TOOLS
Facilities: Classroom, nursery, plantation demonstration plots, post-harvest processing areas
Tools/Equipment: Farm machinery, pruning and cutting tools, PPE, drying racks, grading tools, record-keeping systems
10. CERTIFICATION
- National Certificate Level III (NC III) – Agarwood Farming
- Issued by TESDA upon successful assessment
11. PROGRESSION PATHWAY
- NC III prepares graduates for supervisory, QA, and managerial roles
- Can advance to specialized technical, farm management, or entrepreneurial roles within the agarwood industry
